War: 16 seconds of pure chaos

16 seconds of action packed chaos. I guess this shows my view on war, but I meant to make it just mainly to show figures getting killed off, and to work on my videoing skills. I haven't made a video in a while, so this is kinda my own welcome bacl video. I'm working on creating more of a following to my video making and would appreciate anyone who shares my videos with there friends, co-workers, and/or the random public.

I am currently working on a three part series with no series title. El Banana will be the first episode followed by a Fist Full Of Pasta. The third episode currently has no name and all three will be filmed over the summer (2011). Thanks for sharing my videos with your friends, and if you don't! your such a buzzkill....

Logorama: review

a great movie, well animated, though very random. it's starts with cops pursuing a criminal Ronald McDonald, after being taken hostage, Big Boy runs away from a giant earth quake with esso girl, all while inside a universe of logos and brands. there is no good way to put this movie, you have to see it yourself.

SCOTS: show in asheville

This was my second time seeing Southern Culture On The Skids, and have to say, definitely one of the best shows I'm ever been too. the night was full with cool surprises, including this little ditty: SCOTS playing Come As You Are by Nirvana. they mentioned this would be on the new album "Kudzu Ranch."

Mad Tea Party opened the show with a great bang, which was really great because we arrived at 8 and the show started at 9:15. MTP played some of their older stuff, along with a few songs off of Rock-n-Roll Ghoul. the night was perfect, well, almost. oh if I only filmed when SCOTS played Zombiefi. At 8, we showed up with few people their. Those people included a drunk man and my dad's friend and my dad's friend's step son. As we two kids hung out for the whole show we avoided the drunk man. who, was completely wasted before SCOTS even got on stage. Just saying, he probably did have a fun time the next morning. Anyway, I'm glad I went, but as we left, I pointed out a Fleshtones flyer. though I was exited and wanted to go to that show too, I noticed something very unfortunate, it, like all decent shows, was 21+.

Movie Review: Exit Through The Gift Shop

Today I watched something inspiring, not something done much, with the completely stupid "Comedies" we watch now a days. Semi-Pro, The Other Guys, basically anything that has Will Feral in it, is full of sex "Jokes." These "Jokes" have little to no thought put into them, and typically are stupid.
The most inspiring movie I've seen in a while (considering I've just seen The Inconvenient Truth) has to be Exit Through The Gift Shop. The story of a French man, and his search for Bansky. About half way through the movie, he had already met Bansky, the rest of the movie was their adventures together, leading up to the movie. The opening was great, showing some of Invader's work (Invader, the french man's cousin), it kept up the movies decent passe of adventures. Going from roof top to alleyway with Shepard Fairey, where Shep teaches Thierry Guetta (the french man/filmer) to tag. The movie's disappointing lack of Bansky and over use Theirry's life story makes this film more of a documentary about Thierry, rather than Bansky. Though lack of Bansky and over use of Thierry, this movie was still very moving, so I proudly give this film a 7.5/10.

I recommend this movie to anyone who is a fan of street art, pop art, or just likes a good documentary.

We filmed this on the ping pong table in the basement in under three hours. It's not our best, but it's helping us gain our skills back after a long time of broken cameras, stupid movie making applications, and lot's of home work that get's in the way of a good (or bad) movie."

Band Of The Year award 2010

It's been a great year, low days and high days, and as the year comes to an end we must pick the best band to win the award. but wait! there are different awards for Band Of The Year! like Pick A Winner award(which band had the most songs on the song of the day play list), Putnam Award (facebook friends vote for best band) Double Rainbow Award (youtube subscribers (or people who stumble across the video) vote for best band), and Band Of The Year Award (the band of the year according to us here at Marsco. industries). only a few bands can make it, but many bands were great this year. some great showings this year included Rhett&Link, Mad Sin, and GoRemy.

It's been a great year, or at least an improvement since 2009. The way everyone (I knew) rushed to make donations to Haiti, but on the other hand (the nasty hand that you leaned in bird crap with) there was the Oil Spill, and the fact that BP didn't lose much for what the earth lost.

Primus is the (hopefully proud) Band Of The Year. I saw them live when they came to Asheville NC and it was great! I'd see them again if I ever got the chance. they're best album (debatable with "Seas Of Cheese" and "Frizzle Fry") is called "Antipop" which is more metal for them but it's still an awesome album. instead of posting a video, I've made a play list of them, enjoy, and have a great 2011!!!

GWAR VS the world

GWAR is a great band in the metal scene, but probably doesn't get the credit they deserve because of their goofball sense of humor and extreme political references (and some of there sexual references with songs like "Slutman City" and "I'm In Love (With A Dead Dog)"). Dave Brockie is the current singer of GWAR and was A founder of the band as well. according to Wikipedia, "The first known line-up for GWAR consisted of Ben Eubanks (vocals), Dave Brockie (guitar), Steve Douglas (guitar), Chris Bopst (bass guitar), Sean Sumner (Drums) and Hunter Jackson. However, this line-up was short lived and would suffer multiple changes in the following months, with Ben Eubanks quitting after just one or two shows and being replaced by Joe Annaruma, who went on to record a few demos (The first 4 tracks from Let There Be GWAR)."

Dave Brockie's first known band was called "Death Piggy" which started in Richmond, VA (Gwar would also be formed there later on). Death Piggy had only a few albums (some only got up to 301 copies according to Wikipedia) and played their last show in 1994 before Sean Sumner's death. The line up for Death Piggy was

Dave Brockie: Bass, Lead Vocals
Sean Sumners (deceased): Drums
Russ Bahorsky: Guitar, back up Vocals

Dave's current side project is called The Dave Brockie Experience. They have songs like Damn That Money, and The Chinese Have No Cheese. Brockie's side projects just seem to be more like punk sounding B-side songs. I have no problem with this, I love his punk music, but the sexual references get hard to listening to after a while.

Black Ops VS Stop Motion Animation

DUDE, this is an awesome video! this guy is a pro! Keshen8 is known for great lego based stop motion animations so you should really check out his other videos. He's made parodies, actions, and a music video.

A stop motion animation is a style of animation were the animator takes a figure, sets it up in a pose, and takes a picture of it, then moves it ever so slightly, and takes another picture. repeating this process over and over then playing the pictures back at about 24 to 25 frames a second to make it look as is it is either walking, jumping, swinging it's arms, or in this videos case shooting. this can be done with many types of figures. for instance, Lego, action figures/dolls, clay (ever seen Wallace And Gromit?)

Now why would some one want to take their sweet time to film and edit all these photos when you could just film it on a video camera? well, some reasons are the look. It's a different way of doing things, takes only one person, and allows you to make impossible things happen in your film (clay allows your characters to split in half, turn into a puddle, or even bury in the ground).

This just isn't fair! It's hypocritical! It's wrong!!! Mike is right, he has all right to be pissed off at them, and who doesn't?!?!?!?!? Let's spread the word! metallica tried to sue it's fans for good reasons, and Sumner Redstone said they were just being greedy! not true! but isn't that a little hypocritical of redstone?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? spread the word either about this post or this video! I as a youtuber and man of creativity think we should stand up!

What huge fad happened only about a year ago and died out among those without? Twitter. The twitter fad was and still huge, just smaller in the non-user group. The hundreds of people who made fun of twitter now have pretty much forgotten about it. I have joined twitter, and yes it's quite pointless, unless of course you are famous. If your famous and have twitter, you can update status before poparotsies (?) put it out and make you look bad. And like this hasn't happened before! myspace! It's only used by bands and some weird internet people, the "crazies" of the internet! maybe it's just me. I wonder what will happen to Facebook.

muppets vs queen

the Muppets score again with the parody of a queen song. is this the return of the Muppets? I hope so. they are on twitter, youtube, and I believe facebook. I'm really hoping for another movie, but, with disney now owning it, I'm a little nervous about them putting out a movie. I'm not sure if disney will do well. the muppets are great and I wish for more but then again I want them to end on a good note. well, all I can say is they sure ended on a good NOTE with this parody.

Beastie Boys VS Asheville

Well finally I went to see me 2nd show (first show at the orange peel(the biggest club in Asheville)). It was the beastie boys (that sounds stupid if you read the title). They tried to keep it down low but all the 942 tickets sold out in about 15 to 30 minutes. Any way it was my first time there so I was really excited about going to not only see the band, but the whole inside of the orange peel itself. Many people brought there flip cameras, some just cell phones.

The crowd was crammed with beer drinkers, beer carriers, and a whole lot of beer spilling. My after school teacher andy was there and so was I guy I know who lives up the street from me, gabe, if that's how you spell it. there where some tall people in that crowd. I kept looking around and it seemed that about almost half the tall people (average height guess: 6 foot 5 inch) where in a strait line in front of me. so I moved to the side so I could see but then the all shifted over in front of me again and I was getting annoyed and some what freaked out about that where ever I move they move sort of thing. The thing that got me the most ticked off was this guy who was trying to move up to quick through the crowd and checked me into a guy that was holding beer that then spilled a bit on what I think was his girl friend. that and the guy who just happened to be one of the fattest people jumped on my foot because he couldn't feel that he was doing so.

They were being cheered at the end to come back on but it was about 11:00 pm so I didn't blame them. They played some great songs like intergalactic, remote, and, sabotage. It was so worth $40 a ticket after I figured out that money mark was there. Some guy called biz markie or some thing came up and opened for them. he also played a few other songs with them. One thing I thought was funny was that When biz markie took his shirt off and, well, being chubby, every one seemed to pole out a camera of some sort.

bandazian VS my first show

my first show ever was to see the humbuckers open for bandazian open for the poles. yes weird but good. I didn't stick around to see the poles because by the time they played it was somewhere between 11:30 and 12:16, and I was REALLY tired by then.

When the humbuckers got up to play every one was at the bar but my papa, two guys, and, me. every one showed up to see the poles because the parking lot was hard to get out of at first. 10 more people showed up to see bandazian then when the humbuckers were playing. bandazian was born radio ready, check them by following the link right there >>> http://www.youtube.com/user/bandazianvideo
